Enjoy this spacious home away from home overlooking the Puget Sound. Beautiful panoramic views from almost every room! Between some in-depth sessions together, you’ll have plenty of ways to relax here. Multiple seating areas with comfortable couches to relax in while taking in the view, reading a good book, or socializing with your new friends. The large hot tub right outside the door is sure to be a popular spot during down time! Take a stroll down the path to the beach to get your feet wet, hunt for shells or just enjoy the sound of the water. Each night, you’ll rest your head on a comfortable bed in one of the private or shared rooms.
Gather around the large kitchen island each day for cooking lessons featuring fresh and local ingredients. We’ll not only create some amazing meals together, but you’ll also learn the meal essentials for sustaining a real-food based diet for your everyday life! I’ll share my tips and tricks for getting a delicious and nutritious meal on the table fast!
Finally! Understand why your body does what it does, and how you can give it the nutrition it needs! During our workshops, you’ll learn how your body responds to various stressors, including foods, and how to nourish your body with lifestyle hacks and nutrient dense foods that you WANT to eat!
Let’s dive deep together in your personal session to get crystal clear on your health struggles and concerns. Your powerful session includes the functional evaluation, a hands-on evaluation technique that helps determine specific nutrient deficiencies and what your body needs to heal. We’ll set you up for a plan to take home with you and incorporate into your daily life!
What retreat would be complete without some time for you to relax? Curl up with a good book, watch a movie in the media room, chat it up with your retreat friends, soak in the large outdoor hot tub, or head to the semi-private beach! There’s something for everyone!
